The CBN Says Nigerians Have 72 Hours to Report Suspicious Transfers

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has introduced new anti-fraud rules requiring banks to refund customers who fall victim to online scams (Authorised Push Payment fraud) as long as they report suspicious transfers within 72 hours and prove they weren't negligent or complicit.
